HOW WE DO BUSINESS
We gain most of our business from new orders from existing customers and word of mouth. We like to think that this is because we deliver our commitments and provide value for money, but it is probably also because we are fundamentally engineers not salesmen. We are highly flexible in the way we do business. We can supply services on a time and materials basis. We can undertake projects on a fixed-price basis when the requirements are well enough understood and the deliverables are clear. We work closely with a number of other small companies and associates in the area, so that we are able to offer a "one stop" service. Sometimes we are the prime contractor, sometimes a sub-contractor. We respond to ITTs. See our contacts page for details of where to send them to.
