SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT - AUTOMATED TEST
MANUFACTURING TEST SYSTEM FOR TELECOMS EQUIPMENT

For a developer of Telecoms equipment, Hidalgo developed manufacturing test systems for board test of a tri-band GSM receiver card and for unit test of a timing measurement unit. Features of the systems are:

• all tests controlled by a PC running test system software developed in Agilent Vee
• standard Telecoms test equipment used to power device under test, simulate the radio environment and make measurements
• test equipment and device under test interfaced to via IEEE, Ethernet or serial interface
• custom jig developed to provide test access to the unit under test.
