PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Hidalgo has considerable experience in project management and has undertaken project management consultancy for a variety of our customers. Our project managers come from major technical project development backgrounds and can operate from hands-on to board level. Our approach is pragmatic; we aim to strike the optimum balance between formality and flexibility, which varies not only from one project to another, but also between different points in the lifecycle of a single project.

We apply the same skill and approach to our in-house project work to ensure delivery and quality remain priorities.
